Effective: April 6, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 52 - 135th General Assembly The state board of emergency medical, fire, and transportation services shall issue a certificate to teach in an emergency medical services training program or an emergency medical services continuing education program to any applicant who it determines meets the qualifications established in rules adopted under section 4765.11 of the Revised Code. The certificate shall indicate each type of instruction and training the certificate holder may teach under the certificate. A certificate to teach shall have a certification cycle established by the board and may be renewed by the board pursuant to rules adopted under section 4765.11 of the Revised Code. An application for renewal shall be accompanied by the appropriate renewal fee established in rules adopted under section 4765.11 of the Revised Code. The board may suspend or revoke a certificate to teach pursuant to rules adopted under section 4765.11 of the Revised Code. Last updated April 27, 2023 at 2:00 PM
