Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly An individual who holds a license to practice as an oriental medicine practitioner or license to practice as an acupuncturist issued under this chapter shall have professional liability insurance coverage in an amount that is not less than five hundred thousand dollars.
