Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The state medical board may adopt any rules necessary to govern the practice of acupuncture, the use of herbal therapy by licensed acupuncturists, and the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
