Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly An individual who holds a license to practice as an oriental medicine practitioner or license to practice as an acupuncturist issued under this chapter shall conspicuously display at the individual's primary place of business both of the following: (A) The individual's license, as evidence that the individual is authorized to practice in this state; (B) A notice specifying that the practice of oriental medicine or acupuncture, as applicable, under the license is regulated by the state medical board and the address and telephone number of the board's office.
