Effective: September 14, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 113 - 131st General Assembly An individual seeking a registered applicant certificate shall meet all of the following requirements: (A) Be at least eighteen years of age; (B) Have at least a high school diploma or a certificate of high school equivalence; (C) Submit to the chemical dependency professionals board a professional development plan that is acceptable to the board.
