Effective: March 20, 2014 Latest Legislation: House Bill 83 - 130th General Assembly Except as otherwise expressly provided in this chapter, nothing in this chapter shall be construed as authorizing any person to engage in the practice of psychology as defined in division (B) of section 4732.01 of the Revised Code.
