Effective: December 29, 2023 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 131 - 134th General Assembly The occupational therapy section of the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board may waive the examination requirement under section 4755.07 of the Revised Code for any applicant for licensure as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant who has met educational, training, and job experience requirements established by the section.
