Effective: September 29, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 119 - 127th General Assembly Except as provided in section 4755.99 of the Revised Code, all fees and fines collected and assessed under this chapter by the appropriate section of the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board, shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the occupational licensing and regulatory fund.
