Effective: April 6, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 509 - 134th General Assembly (A) The board of executives of long-term services and supports may, in its discretion, reissue a nursing home administrator license or health services executive license to any individual whose license or temporary license has been revoked. Application for the reissuance shall not be made prior to one year after revocation and shall be made in such manner as the board may direct. (B) If an individual who has been convicted of, or pleaded guilty to, a felony is subsequently pardoned by the governor of the state where such conviction or plea was had or by the president of the United States, or receives a final release granted by the adult parole authority of this state or its equivalent agency of another state, the board may, in its discretion, on application of the individual and on the submission of evidence satisfactory to the board, restore the individual's nursing home administrator license or health services executive license.
