Effective: November 25, 1969 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 61 - 108th General Assembly Whoever violates section 4747.02 or 4747.14 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not less than ten nor more than ninety days, or both.
