Effective: November 5, 1992 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 179 - 119th General Assembly The licensing provisions of this chapter do not apply to: (A) Any person engaged in the practice of measuring human hearing for the purpose of selection of hearing aids provided that such selection does not result in an actual sale of a hearing aid by such person; (B) Any practicing physician who is licensed by the Ohio state medical board; (C) Any audiologist who is licensed pursuant to Chapter 4753. of the Revised Code.
