Effective: October 12, 2006 Latest Legislation: House Bill 458 - 126th General Assembly No licensed veterinarian or any person under a licensed veterinarian's control or employ shall do any advertising which: (A) Is false or misleads any person to act to the person's detriment in the care or treatment of any animal; (B) Is done with a purpose to deceive or defraud, or tends to deceive or defraud, any person; (C) Directly promotes the business of a veterinarian through second-or third-party solicitation; (D) Violates the rules set forth by the state veterinary medical licensing board.
