Effective: September 13, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 60 - 131st General Assembly The attorney general, state veterinary medical licensing board, state board of pharmacy, and Ohio veterinary medical association shall collaborate in the development of resources and educational materials to enhance the ability of veterinarians to identify current or potential clients who may abuse opioids and may use animals in their care to improperly secure them.
