Effective: April 10, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 506 - 123rd General Assembly Any person who was actively engaged in the practice of chiropractic in this state on November 3, 1975, who, on that date, held a valid, current certificate issued by the state medical board under the former provisions of Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code authorizing the person to practice chiropractic, is deemed to possess the requisite educational and professional qualifications to practice chiropractic in this state.
