Effective: April 10, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 506 - 123rd General Assembly The state chiropractic board or its representative shall administer an examination on jurisprudence, as it relates to the practice of chiropractic, for individuals who apply to be licensed under this chapter. The examination shall cover the provisions of the statutes and rules governing the practice of chiropractic in this state and other legal topics considered appropriate by the board. The examination shall be offered at times and places selected by the board and shall be administered in the manner specified by the board. The board shall determine the score that constitutes evidence of passing the examination.
