Effective: April 10, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 506 - 123rd General Assembly The board may enter into contracts with any person or government entity to carry out the intent of this chapter and the rules adopted under it, any other applicable state statutes or rules, and any applicable federal statutes or regulations.
