Effective: September 22, 1972 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 176 - 109th General Assembly All fines collected for violation of section 4732.21 of the Revised Code shall be distributed as follows: (A) One half to the state board of psychology; (B) One half to the municipal corporation in which the offense was committed or, if the offense was committed outside a municipal corporation, to the county in which the offense was committed. Money received by a municipal corporation or a county shall be paid into its general fund and may be used for any lawful purpose.
