Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No physician shall issue a prescription for intoxicating liquor not in writing, or shall issue a written prescription therefor knowing such liquor is to be used as a beverage, or not containing the name and quantity of liquor prescribed, the name of the person for whom prescribed, and the date on which such prescription is written, and direction for the use of such liquor.
