Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No person shall make, issue, publish, or cause to be made, issued, or published, for the purpose of sale, barter, or gift, a diploma, certificate, or writing representing the holder thereof to be a graduate of a medical school, college, or educational institution of medicine, unless such holder has attended a complete course of instruction therein, equal to the average course of instruction in other such schools, colleges, or institutions in good standing in this state.
