Effective: September 29, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 215 - 122nd General Assembly All fines collected for violation of sections 4731.41 to 4731.43 of the Revised Code shall be distributed as follows: one half to the state medical board for deposit in accordance with section 4731.24 of the Revised Code and one half to the treasury of the county or municipal corporation in which the offense was committed.
