Effective: March 22, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 251 - 129th General Assembly The state medical board shall organize by the election of a president, supervising member, and secretary. Each officer shall be a member of the board. The secretary shall be a physician in good standing in the physician's profession. Each of the officers shall serve for a term of one year. The officers may administer oaths.
