Effective: October 24, 2024 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 28 - 135th General Assembly Not later than sixty days after the "Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure Compact" is entered into under section 4730.70 of the Revised Code, the state medical board, in accordance with Section 7 of the compact, shall select one individual to serve as the delegate to the PA licensure compact commission created under the compact.
