Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly (A) The state medical board shall review each application for a license to practice as a physician assistant received under section 4730.10 of the Revised Code. Not later than sixty days after receiving a complete application, the board shall determine whether the applicant meets the requirements to receive the license, as specified in section 4730.11 of the Revised Code. (B) If the board determines that an applicant meets the requirements to receive the license, the secretary of the board shall register the applicant as a physician assistant and issue to the applicant a license to practice as a physician assistant.
