Effective: April 6, 2017 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 319 - 131st General Assembly The state board of pharmacy shall adopt rules pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code specifying for the purposes of sections 3719.172 and 4729.541 of the Revised Code the national bodies recognized by the board that certify persons who successfully complete diabetes education programs.
