Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly No person shall make or cause to be made a false or fraudulent license of a terminal distributor of dangerous drugs or a manufacturer, outsourcing facility, third-party logistics provider, repackager, or wholesale distributor of dangerous drugs.
