Effective: April 12, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 431 - 133rd General Assembly The court imposing a sentence upon an offender for any violation of a municipal ordinance that is substantially equivalent to a violation of section 2903.06 of the Revised Code or for any violation of a municipal OVI ordinance also shall impose a suspension of the offender's driver's license, commercial driver's license, temporary instruction permit, probationary license, or nonresident operating privilege from the range specified in division (B) of section 4510.02 of the Revised Code that is equivalent in length to the suspension required for a violation of section 2903.06 or division (A) or (B) of section 4511.19 of the Revised Code under similar circumstances.
