Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly The purposeful failure or refusal of any person to comply with any provision of section 4510.03, 4510.032, 4510.034, 4510.036, or 4510.037 of the Revised Code constitutes misconduct in office and is a ground for removal of the person from the office.
