Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any person whose license or registration has been suspended, or whose policy of insurance or bond has been canceled or terminated, or who neglects to furnish other proof of financial responsibility upon request of the registrar of motor vehicles, shall immediately return his license and registration including the registration plates to the registrar.
