Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The payment in full of a judgment or payment on a judgment of an amount equivalent to the maximum which could be required for deposit under section 4509.15 of the Revised Code has the same effect as a release from liability under section 4509.21 of the Revised Code.
