Effective: March 23, 2015 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 255 - 130th General Assembly No person who has knowingly failed to maintain proof of financial responsibility in accordance with section 4509.101 of the Revised Code shall produce any document or present to a peace officer an electronic wireless communications device that is displaying any text or images with the purpose to mislead a peace officer upon the request of a peace officer for proof of financial responsibility made in accordance with division (D)(2) of section 4509.101 of the Revised Code. Whoever violates this section is guilty of falsification under section 2921.13 of the Revised Code.
