Effective: July 25, 1969 Latest Legislation: House Bill 131 - 108th General Assembly A driver involved in a motor vehicle accident is not subject to section 4509.06 of the Revised Code if, during the time provided in such section, the driver is physically incapable of making a report, but in such event, the owner, if he were not the driver of the motor vehicle involved in the accident, shall within thirty days after learning of the accident make the report.
