Effective: March 24, 2022 Latest Legislation: House Bill 169 - 134th General Assembly A licensed driver training school shall comply with the requirements of 49 C.F.R. 380, subpart F and all applicable appendices, if the school provides commercial driver's license education courses that train drivers in the operation of commercial trucks, commercial cars, buses, and commercial tractors, trailers, and semitrailers.
