Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly (A) Notwithstanding the definition of "chauffeur" in section 4501.01 of the Revised Code, no person shall employ any minor for the purpose of operating a taxicab. (B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
