Effective: September 16, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 230 - 125th General Assembly The registrar shall suspend the person's license or permit under division (A) of section 4507.162 of the Revised Code regardless of whether the disposition of the case in juvenile court occurred after the person's eighteenth birthday.
