Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly The registrar of motor vehicles may furnish the name and social security number of any person whose driver's license or commercial driver's license has been suspended or canceled, or of any person whose certificate of registration and license plates are subject to impoundment, to the tax commissioner. The tax commissioner may return to the registrar the address of any such person as shown on the most recent return filed by that person under section 5747.08 of the Revised Code.
