Effective: September 16, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 230 - 125th General Assembly The registrar of motor vehicles may adopt rules pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to allow a motor vehicle auction owner licensed under section 4517.07 of the Revised Code to file an application for a certificate of title in an electronic manner approved by the registrar.
