Effective: July 17, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 831 - 118th General Assembly A trailer that is duly registered in any state, district, country, or sovereignty other than this state is exempt from the laws of this state pertaining to registration and licensing and the penal statutes relating thereto.
