Effective: January 1, 2004 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 123 - 124th General Assembly A proceeding to obtain the reversal, vacation, or modification of an order of the registrar of motor vehicles shall be by appeal. Any party to the proceedings before the registrar shall file notice of the appeal in the court of common pleas on or before the expiration of thirty days from date of entry of the order. The court shall set the appeal for hearing and take any testimony as is necessary to decide the matter. The court shall give the registrar at least ten days' notice of the time and place of the hearing.
