Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly All B-2a, S-1, and S-2 permit holders and fulfillment warehouses, as defined in section 4303.234 of the Revised Code, are subject to the following: (A) Audit by the division of liquor control or the department of taxation; (B) Jurisdiction of the liquor control commission, the division of liquor control, the department of taxation, the department of public safety, and the courts of this state; and (C) The statutes and rules of this state.
