Effective: July 23, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 306 - 125th General Assembly The division of liquor control may provide the social security number of an individual that the division possesses to the department of public safety, the department of taxation, the office of the attorney general, or any other state or local law enforcement agency if the department, office, or other state or local law enfocement agency requests the social security number from the division to conduct an investigation, implement an enforcement action, or collect taxes.
