Effective: July 1, 1997 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 121st General Assembly The division of liquor control may purchase spirituous liquor in barrels, casks, or other containers, and may establish plants for the manufacture of spirituous liquor or for the blending and bottling of such liquor. All spirituous liquors manufactured, blended, or bottled by the division shall be so labeled.
