Effective: July 1, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 470 - 123rd General Assembly No compensation or fee, either directly or indirectly, shall be charged or received from any person seeking employment through a public employment office described in section 4141.04 of the Revised Code. No person shall violate this section.
