Effective: September 24, 2012 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 316 - 129th General Assembly The apprenticeship council may recommend minimum standards for apprenticeship programs and may formulate policies and recommend rules as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this chapter. The council shall determine the date and place of its meetings and shall prescribe its own rules of procedure.
