Effective: November 3, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 118th General Assembly All judgments obtained in any action prosecuted by the administrator of worker's compensation or by the state under the authority of this chapter shall have the same preference against the assets of the employer as is allowed by law on judgments rendered for claims for taxes.
