Effective: September 29, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 215 - 122nd General Assembly The administrator of workers' compensation shall employ employees as is necessary to the discharge of the administrator's duties and responsibilities hereunder. The salaries and expenses of the employees shall be paid by the treasurer of the state from the fund created by section 4123.412 of the Revised Code as provided in section 4123.42 of the Revised Code.
