Effective: March 20, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 494 - 132nd General Assembly Every public employer, except for boards of county hospital trustees that are self-insurers under section 4123.35 of the Revised Code, shall contribute to the public insurance fund the amount of money determined by the administrator of workers' compensation, and the manner of determining contributions and the classifications of employers is as provided in sections 4123.39 to 4123.41 and 4123.48 of the Revised Code.
