Effective: September 29, 1997 Latest Legislation: House Bill 215 - 122nd General Assembly The department of administrative services shall select one or more managed care organizations for each state office, agency, institution, board, or commission, except for a public college or university, unless otherwise agreed to between the department and a state office, agency, institution, board, or commission.
