Effective: November 3, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 118th General Assembly (A) All general orders of the bureau of workers' compensation shall take effect within thirty days after their publication. Special orders shall take effect as therein directed. (B) The bureau shall, upon application of any employer, grant such time as is reasonably necessary for compliance with any order. (C) Any person may petition the bureau for an extension of time, which the bureau shall grant if it finds the extension of time necessary.
