Effective: November 3, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 118th General Assembly Subject to any applicable sections of sections 4101.01 to 4101.16 and 4121.01 to 4121.29 of the Revised Code, the bureau of workers' compensation may adopt its own rules of procedure and may change the same in its discretion.
