Effective: November 3, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 118th General Assembly The members of the industrial commission, the administrator of workers' compensation, and employees and deputies of the commission and the bureau of workers' compensation are entitled to receive from the state their necessary and actual expenses while traveling on business of the commission or the bureau, either within or without the state. The expenses shall be presented in an account verified by the person who incurred the expense, approved by the chairman of the commission for commission personnel and the administrator for bureau personnel, and shall be audited and paid as other similar expenses are audited and paid.
